Banyak sangat soklan yang anda lihat? Anda runsing?anda mahu menampar diri sendiri akibat tiada dapat untuk mengawal diri sendiri apabile melihat soklan2 di atas?
Kalo anda semua nak tahu,inilah soklan2 yang perlu sume staff di tempat keje aku jawab every year since tahun bile ntah..sudah tiada ingatan terhadapnye..ini merupakan soklan yang dikemukakan oleh Gallup (syarikat yang buat survey ni r) yang telah di’hired oleh company aku…cengkunun2 nye nk improved r relationship antara company dengan staff2 di situ..tapi rasenye same je kot..tapiiii..ade r jugak kerapatan antara pekerja.bak kate orang ade la jugak efek terhadap keputusan survey tu..coz selalu gak ade majlis2 yang we all leh berkumpul bersame..yang penting kebanyakkan nye adalah majlis makan2..itu yang aku mahuuuu..LIKE 10x..so..anda sebagai pekerja di luar sane..harus menjawab soklan2 di atas dengan jujur..dan lihat setakat mane anda berpuas hati dengan company anda..silakan, jangan malu jangan segan :-)
